Summer Berry Smoothie

Someone asked me what was in my smoothie in my latest post, well here's the answer to that question my friend!!

1 mango (peeled and sliced)
half a pot of natural yogurt
1 banana
3 handfuls of frozen berries
Milk (If needed)

1. Peel the mango and wash the berries
2.Put all of the fruit into a blender and blend into a good consistency (add milk if needed)
3. Now the smoothie has been well blended, put through a sieve to remove seeds.
4. Now you have a delicious, creamy smoothie, Enjoy!!
