Toblerone truffles

I was on one of my favorite blogs and found this amazingly delicious recipe


400g of Toblerone chocolate
5 tablespoons of butter
1/2 of 15 or 35% cream
a pinch of salt
3/4 cup of hazelnuts

Step 1: In a double boiler (bain marie), melt the chocolate, the cream and the butter together. Add a pinch of salt and pour the mixture in a bowl – let it refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 2: Meanwhile, with a food processor, crush the hazelnuts in crumbs. Put the crumbs aside in a plate.

Step 3: Form truffles about a size of a tablespoon and roll in the hazelnuts. Put the truffles in the refrigerator for 1 hour and enjoy!
