Coconut chocolate mousse
1 can of coconut milk (not lite)
5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Step 1: Into a bowl, pour the can of coconut milk and let sit out in the fridge overnight.

Step 2: Add the cocoa and the powdered sugar to the coconut milk. Pour the mixture to another bowl and whip it with a mixer until it becomes fluffy.

Step 3: Add the mousse to a frosting bag and fill your espresso or mini cups!

Step 4: Sprinkle additional cocoa powder on the cups and enjoy :)
